Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and related services operated under the brand EURO Girls Dubai (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Adults only (18+)

The Platform is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately and must not use the Platform or provide any personal data.

2. Platform nature (directory/advertising) and no intermediary

EURO Girls Dubai provides an information and advertising directory. We do not provide escort or companionship services ourselves. We do not act as an agent, broker, representative, employer, or intermediary for advertisers or users. We do not negotiate arrangements between users and advertisers and we do not participate in any transaction between them.

Listings and profiles are published by third parties. Any interaction, agreement, or meeting between a user and an advertiser is solely between those parties. We do not forward personal messages and we do not hold any additional contact details beyond what is displayed on each listing/profile.

3. User responsibilities and lawful use

You are responsible for ensuring your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your circumstances and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform to engage in illegal activity, to harm others, or to infringe the rights of any person.

4. Definitions

“Advertiser” means any person or entity that submits, publishes, or pays for a listing or promotion on the Platform.

“Agency” means any person or entity placing Advertising on behalf of a third party.

“Listing” means any profile, advertisement, text, image, video, review, comment, or other content submitted to the Platform.

“Paid Features” means credits, premium listings, banners, and any other paid promotion or feature.

5. Accounts and security

Certain features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us promptly.

6. Content standards and prohibited content

You must not submit, publish, or share content that:

  • involves minors, exploits minors, or sexualises minors (zero tolerance);
  • is false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent (including impersonation or stolen images);
  • is harassing, hateful, abusive, threatening, or defamatory;
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • contains malware or attempts to interfere with the Platform’s security or operation;
  • attempts to promote scams, extortion, or other harmful conduct;
  • includes unauthorised publication of another person’s personal data (“doxxing”).

7. Advertiser warranties (independent directory)

By posting or purchasing Advertising or Paid Features, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the legal right and authority to publish the Listing and all included materials;
  • all information is accurate and not misleading;
  • all persons depicted are adults (18+) and have provided express consent to be featured;
  • you are not posting on behalf of any person without their express authorisation;
  • your Listing and conduct comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.

8. Moderation, takedowns, and enforcement

We may (but are not required to) review, moderate, remove, or restrict Listings or accounts at our discretion, including where we believe content violates these Terms, poses a safety risk, may be unlawful, or creates legal exposure. We may also limit visibility, disable contact details, or suspend/terminate accounts.

9. Anti-abuse rules (platform integrity)

You must not:

  • use bots, scraping, or automated tools to collect data or manipulate visibility;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or verification measures;
  • post or procure fake reviews, comments, or engagement;
  • interfere with other advertisers or attempt to divert their customers through harassment or spam.

10. Paid Features, billing, and refunds

We may offer Paid Features to advertisers (e.g., credits, featured placement, boosts, banners). Prices, duration, and feature descriptions are displayed at the time of purchase.

  • No refund once delivered: once a Paid Feature has been applied or a purchased period has started, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide otherwise in cases of fraud/unauthorized payment.
  • Non-delivery: if we fail to deliver a purchased Paid Feature due to a platform-side technical issue, we may (at our option) re-deliver the feature, extend the duration, or issue a refund/credit.
  • Breach: if a Listing or account is removed or restricted due to a breach of these Terms, remaining Paid Feature time/credits may be forfeited without refund.

11. Disclaimers

Listings are submitted by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of any Listing. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Your use of Listings and any interaction with advertisers is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EURO Girls Dubai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific Paid Feature giving rise to the claim (if any).

13. Intellectual property

The Platform and its content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable laws. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

14. License for user-submitted content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting a Listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform, and providing services you request. You warrant that you have the rights and permissions necessary to grant this license.

15. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that we process data as described there.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. To the extent permitted, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE.
